Social media profile.
Professional/YouTube:
YouTube can impact my life by offering a platform for learning, creativity, and potential income. It allows me to learn new skills, explore different topics, or even start a channel to share your ideas. If I grow an audience, it can lead to career opportunities in content creation, marketing, or partnerships with brands. However, it requires consistency, creativity, and sometimes technical skills, and may not guarantee success right away. Balancing it with other responsibilities is important. It’s allowed me to find new forms of entertainment and to also gain knowledge on things I didn’t know before.
Socially/snapchat.
Snapchat affects my social life by making it easier to stay connected with friends through quick, casual messages, pictures, and videos. I can share moments instantly, which helps me feel closer to people even if we're far apart. It’s fun to use features like filters and stories to express myself, but sometimes I feel pressure to keep up with streaks or post regularly. It also shapes how I interact with people, since conversations often disappear, making things feel more temporary and less serious.
Entertainment/TikTok.
TikTok affects my entertainment by giving me a constant stream of short, engaging videos that are personalized to my interests. I can easily spend a lot of time scrolling through funny, creative, or even educational content. It’s fun because there’s always something new to watch, but sometimes I find myself getting distracted and losing track of time. While it’s entertaining, I also notice that it can be a bit addictive, making it hard to stop watching once I start.
Health and Well-being/Pinterest
Pinterest affects my well-being by giving me a space to explore ideas and inspiration for things I enjoy, like fashion, art, or self-care. It helps me feel creative and organized by allowing me to save and plan projects or goals. Sometimes, scrolling through all the perfect images can make me feel pressured to live up to certain standards, but overall, it’s a positive outlet where I can focus on things that make me happy and relaxed.
Financially/Twitter.
Twitter can affect me financially by giving me access to real-time news, trends, and advice on things like investing, job opportunities, or money-saving tips. I can follow financial experts or businesses that share useful information. However, it can also be a distraction, and I might end up spending money impulsively on things I see promoted or discussed. It’s important for me to stay focused and not let Twitter influence my spending decisions too much.
